the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect – close to the beach and with easy access to explore Crete. We enjoyed the local insights we gained - especially about the best places to eat. The service at the bar stood out - with the bartender shaking drinks and serving them with fresh ice – it made a difference.

Impeccable cleanliness, always something being cleaned. Perfect weather for a summer vacation. Great service on the beach with a personal lifeguard and ample sun beds.

We had a great time during our stay and would definitely recommend it! The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were part of a big family. The breakfast had a variety of options and was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the local beach and the fact that there were good communal areas with wifi access.

The only thing we would mention as a possible negative was the lack of variety in the food at dinner time. However, we understand that this can be a limitation of mass-prepared all-inclusive options.
